Project / Investment Pre-Evaluation

Projects are carefully examined before implementation in terms of manufacturing methods, plans, material properties, technical drawings and assembly types. Sub-contractors and manufacturers are inspected, and evaluation reports are prepared. Additionally, time, budget and process analyses are reported in detail.

Project / Investment Process Control

During project execution, all production and manufacturing methods are applied in accordance with technical specifications and international standards. Time, budget and process analyses are monitored regularly; inspection and reporting are carried out for sub-contractors and manufacturers.

Project / Investment Completion – Final Control

When the project is completed, final inspections are carried out according to plans, process, time, budget and cost.
